Summary

Over the years I have had the opportunity to work on many shoots which have enabled me to develop a range of skills that not all DOP's can offer. As well as being an experienced documentary cameraman I am also proficient with the Steadicam and gyroscopically stabilized aerial camera rigs. I own a Steadicam and a gyro system for helicopter shoots as well as my own HD camera (HDX900). My main background is in documentary shoots and I have worked on Docs for many productions including most recently a 10 x 1 hour doc series. I have over 15 years of experience and, as I am also an FCP editor, I have a keen sense of what the editors and the directors are looking for in a shot. I have a good eye for detail, work well under pressure and am able to make HD look and feel like film. I think cinematographically and am single-minded in my search for great images that help to tell the story. I am also a UK/Canadian passport holder so can work in Canada and EU.

This is a short demo of clips from some of the TV stuff I've filmed over the last year. I shoot in HD mostly, have my own equipment including an HDX900, Steadicam and gyroscopic mount for aerial and moving vehicle filming. I have 15 years of experience and have filmed as far afield as Israel and India.
